About OnQ and our Ethos
DZR - why the name change to OnQ?
The name change is the result of some brainstorming where it was seen that OnQ ( pronounced as "on cue" ) is a more flexible marketable name than DZR. The name DZR still exists and so does the domain www.dzr.com.au . DZR is now OnQ's alias name therefore all contact and business registration details will be identical.
What started OnQ?
OnQ was developed to turn the industry stereotype on its head by focusing on service and product quality at rates that reflect the opportunity. OnQ assesses each project on its merits, listens carefully to the desired requirements and returns honest and objective responses to the point where OnQ might state the project may not be cost effective.
After years of working in the industry of website development and in management of website development organisations, it was clear that from the get-go that the motivations behind seeking projects was not necessarily in the best interests of the client nor were expectations met for the cost of the project.

OnQ Product Ethos
It common throughout the website development industry that customers are told they will have developed for them a unique internet solution tailored to their requirements. However, the reality is that in the majority of cases this means that a similar product already developed by the web developer are used and made to 'appear' tailored.
As part of OnQ's product development ethos, we develop - from scratch - custom modules where the logic or processes flow required has not been previously developed. This way you, as the customer, know that the application is operating just as you require it to. Futhermore, this also means that future customisations can be easily integrated.
